J&J asphalt has actually completed two jobs for me. About three years apart. First was work done at commercial retail location in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The second was just last week for our church of Broadway Baptist in Florence, Alabama. The company and owner was awesome to deal with. Showed up as promised and performed work greatly. Sent J&J a message on Saturday and messaged me back immediately saying someone would contact me Monday. Had a call Monday and met with J the owner with 45 minutes of phone call to give me quote. Was straight forward, honest, price was fair. Told me he would start on my job either the next day or the day after depending whether he finished another job. I called him the next day and him and his crew were already done. Told me to go look at it and if I seen anything I didn’t like to call and he’d fix it. I called him after looking it over to tell him everything looked amazing. I did ask him to remove the extra dirt that was left before I paid and he said no problem that he didn’t know if I was gonna make use of it or not, that’s why he left it. By 7:30am the next morning it was gone. Overall 5 stars for communication, punctuality, courtesy, work ethic, entire job in general.
